If your CPD log does not satisfy the requirements for minimum hours or quality and your application is deemed not to fulfil the EA requirements for NER; you may be requested for further details or the application rejected altogether.
No. Under the NER Direct pathway, CPD is not mandatory at the time of application. However, once registered on the NER through any pathway, you must maintain ongoing CPD obligations to retain your registration.
